      6 oz filet, brushed with Dijon mustard, topped with savory rosemary and crushed walnuts, and served on butternut squash puree with sweet chili Brussels sprouts.

    • Tomato Basil Halibut – $45

      Halibut filet finished with sauteed garlic tomatoes and freshly chopped basil. Served with creamy parmesan risotto and seasonal vegetables

    • Steak Baton Rouge – $55

      NY Strip topped with dredged local fried oysters accented with a Baton Rouge cream sauce inspired by French Louisiana Cuisine. Served with our signature mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
