      Margarita Shrimp Bowl

      A bed of yellow jasmine rice, fresh corn salsa, black beans, lime juice and cilantro served with two skewers of fresh grilled North Carolina shrimp.

       

      Blackened Salmon with Blackberry Reduction

      Blackened salmon filet broiled and served over feta risotto topped with corn salsa and a blackberry reduction.
