Rockafeller’s Restaurant is proud to introduce Joy Summers as its new Executive Chef. Joy has been with Rockafeller’s for 12 years, holding every position (except valet). Her experience, combined with her passion for cooking, motivated Joy to put herself through culinary school at the Art Institute of Virginia Beach. After her graduation, Rockafeller’s was more than pleased to place its new menu, still full of traditional favorites, in her capable hands. “I just enjoy cooking. I think it’s fun to try and bring things together that typically are not paired.”
